Arabic Tutoring Services

Since moving to the States, I have continued to teach and tutor Arabic (both standard and colloquial).  I taught Arabic in the Diversity Centre at Emerson college where I used the Al-Kitaab textbook series.  I use the same book when tutoring current students, most of which are graduate students in Middle Eastern studies.  In addition, I also use texts from the Al Jazeera website.  I find that films, music and television clips can be effective tools that introduce my students to Arabic language and culture.  In addition to teaching standard Arabic, I am capable of teaching Syrian, Lebanese and Egyptian dialects.

I translate from Arabic to English and from English to Arabic.
